Aluminium Dual-Colour Windows - Private Residence

At this substantial private home near Hemel Hempstead, SJM Group were instructed to replace all the windows, doors and the conservatory with our "A" Grade Energy Efficiency Rated Dualframe Aluminium profile.

Our client opted to have a white outer frame to complement the exterior of the property and a cream coloured inner frame to match the interior decor.

Due to the property having a south facing garden, the client's previous conservatory was very hot which meant they were unable to use it when they most wanted. We therefore incorporated suncool glass into the design of the new aluminium conservatory and in addition incorporated electrically operated rooflights which have a temperature sensor to open the rooflight when the conservatory becomes warmer and a rain sensor to close them again should it start to rain.
